Texas Republic Management’s objective is to utilize capital contributions to purchase strategic properties throughout the North Texas “Golden Corridor”. Through our Partnerships we hope to maximize the value of the property by preparing it for resale with either one or multiple sales to provide our partners with the maximum return on their investment.
WHO WE ARE
Texas Republic Management (“TRM”) and its respective Affiliates, have collectively over 50 years of real estate experience and a successful land investment track record. TRM has formed, managed, and invested in raw land ventures that generated excellent returns for TRM and their respective third-party partners. TRM specializes in helping its partners reap the rewards of doing business along the Golden Corridor between the North Dallas Tollway and Preston Road and eastward to HWY 75. This prestigious stretch of land in North Texas has seen unprecedented growth over the years and is now home to a plethora of international corporations, making it the most dynamic development area in the state. What was once farmland has been transformed into a thriving hub for big businesses such as Toyota, FedEx, Liberty Mutual, JP Morgan Chase, and many others.
